How to Check Your FUP Balance in 3 Ways

Live FUP meter, AI assistant, and usage alerts — three ways to see remaining data on your NepalConnect connection.

Running out of high-speed data without warning is avoidable. NepalConnect exposes your FUP position in three places — pick whichever fits the moment.

1. Live FUP meter on the dashboard

Sign in to the customer portal and open My plan. The usage gauge shows gigabytes consumed this cycle, remaining allowance, and the reset date, updating as the network reports counters. Threshold warnings appear before you hit the cap so you can upgrade in time.

2. Ask the AI assistant

Open the chat widget (bottom of any page) and ask: “How much FUP do I have left?” The assistant reads your live account figures and answers with used, remaining, and cycle-reset details — no menus, no call queue, 24/7.

3. Email & dashboard alerts

Automatic notifications fire as you approach key thresholds (for example 80% and 95%). They include your remaining balance and a direct link to upgrade or activate a speed booster. Keep your email current under Profile & settings.

What happens if you hit the cap anyway?

Nothing drastic: the connection continues at standard speed until the next billing cycle. You are never disconnected and never charged an overage fee. If you need full speed immediately, upgrade the plan or apply a booster — changes are prorated on the next invoice.

Quick tips

  • Check the meter weekly if you stream 4K or host cloud backups
  • Note the cycle-reset date shown beside the gauge
  • Mid-month upgrades are prorated — no need to wait
