How to Pay Your ISP Bill Online with eSewa or Khalti
Step-by-step: scan the invoice QR, pay via eSewa/Khalti/ConnectIPS, and get instant reconnection on NepalConnect.
Paying your NepalConnect invoice takes under a minute — no office visit, no bank queue. Every invoice carries a dynamic QR code, and payment flips your connection to Paid the moment the provider confirms the transaction server-to-server.
Before you pay
- Sign in to the Billing & payments page
- Open the unpaid invoice — amount is in NPR, taxes included
- Confirm the due date (reminders arrive by email before it)
Option A: Scan the QR (fastest)
- Open eSewa, Khalti, or your bank’s mobile app
- Scan the QR code on the invoice
- Confirm the amount and approve with your PIN/biometric
- You are returned to the portal; status shows Paid once verification completes
Option B: Pay from the invoice page
Click Pay now on the invoice to open the gateway (eSewa ePay or Khalti checkout), complete payment there, and use the return link to come back. Your browser’s return is only a hint — settlement is proven by a server-to-server verification call, so a dropped connection mid-redirect cannot double-charge you.
Already paid but still showing unpaid?
Use “Already paid?” on the invoice to trigger a reconciliation lookup against the provider. Abandoned redirects are also recovered automatically by a periodic sweep. If amounts ever mismatch, the system fails loudly rather than crediting your invoice incorrectly.
Accepted payment methods
- eSewa (ePay v2)
- Khalti (KPG-2)
- ConnectIPS & major Nepali mobile banking apps via QR
